Feeding Guidelines

Store in freezer. When ready to feed, thaw in refrigerator in original packaging. May take 24-36 hours to thaw completely. Once thawed, cut package along 3 sides to open (using caution as our food is nice & juicy!); place food and broth into a resealable container, use a fork to break up food into consistent texture and ensure broth is well mixed. Portion daily as needed. Keep remaining food refrigerated & stored in a sealed container. Food should be used within 5 days of thawing. Serve this high-energy formula as a complete & balanced meal for adult dogs or topper for all dogs using guidelines below. Optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, size, neuter status, breed & activity level. Fresh water should be available at all times.

Transitioning

Sudden changes in diet, including overfeeding, can sometimes result in digestive issues. Always introduce any new food by slowly mixing with your current diet for the first 7-10 days, increasing the amount of Stella & Chewy’s while decreasing the amount of the other brand.

Wow! Stella & Chewy's FreshMade Beefy-Licious is pretty incredible. It can be found in the freezer department and it looks like real food. The ingredients are healthy and my dog "Buddy" licked the plate clean! He had no side effects from eating his Stella & Chewy's FreshMade Beefy-Licious other than wanting more on his plate! I highly recommend Stella & Chewy's FreshMade Beefy-Licious and you definitely have several other options from Stella & Chewy's FreshMade in the freezer department. I also received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes!

I purchased the Stella & Chewy FreshMade Beefy-Licious gently cooked dog food for my very pick doodle. So the pros is I love that this food is prepared with fresh ingredients and offers a balanced diet. I was able to defrost this frozen meal overnight in my fridge and the next morning I heated up a portion for my dog. Always stating slowing when introducing a new food to your dog. Over the next 2 days my dog not only devoured it he hasn’t has any digestive issues which in my books as a dog mom is a win. That being said would o purchase I’m the future absolutely. The only con is I would love a resealable package.

My dog loved this! I received this free in exchange for a fair honest review. My great Pyrenees/Collie mix loved this dog food so much! It was so convenient to take the package out of the freezer for my puppy's dinner. It looked great and didn't smell like dog food in a good way. You could see the apples, peas and carrots in the food. Loved the natural ingredients and that the beef was grass fed! Such a great high quality food! The packaging was good no spills. I will be buying this for my dog from now on!

I purchased this product as part of a cash back campaign on influenster (complimentary) for testing and review purposes. I purchased the chicken and beef flavors of this item and my dogs loved them. I defrosted it and then divvied it up into kongs as treats (see pictures for reference). My fur babies demolished them! It looks like pretty good quality food and their stomachs have been tolerating it just fine. I would definitely repurchase again as something to supplement/provide treats. I would not, however, use it as a meal substitute. The price per package was $12.99 in my area and I don’t see myself paying that much per package to sustain them on the daily. I would splurge every few months to use as treats like I mentioned earlier! Definitely recommend. The only reason I knocked off a star was for the price.

My dog is about a year and a half old and in that time, it’s been difficult to find dog food that she likes, so I was very exciting to be included in this cash back campaign from Influenster. I first gave my dog just a sample size to see if she would like it and she gobbled it up and started begging for more! I gave her more and she licked her bowl clean. I’m so glad to have found a food she loves that is also nutritious for her. I would buy this again and recommend it to other dog owners. (I know this review is for the chick-a-lick’n flavor and not the beef, I was unable to post on the chick-a-lick’n flavor product).

We have a large mixed breed pup and she loved this as a topper to her regular food. It was a nice way to mix things up for her but inna healthy way. She did get a little farty with some flavors but that kinda comes with owning a dog. Recommend giving it a try!

I have some finicky pups! They won’t eat plain kibble and like it best when we mix up what we mix in. This was a huge success! I added a good spoonful in to their kibble and everyone chowed without hesitation!
