Dogs loves it but QC issues

My picky, sensitive tummy doggy loves this food but it’s so hard to find this in stock. We have to alternate between two different local stores depending on who has it in stock or who can order it. We’re also ordered maybe 6+ bags at this point and about half have had extremely burnt pieces of kibble that are black in color. I don’t want my fur baby consuming that. I have had to hand sort through the kibble so my dog doesn’t eat it, a time consuming and unpleasant process. I’ve also emailed customer service and sent photos and never received a response.

Good food

I have tried several variations of Stellas & Chewie. This variety actually smells like the protein in it when you open the bag. However, my 3 chihuahuas and my American Bully prefer it softened with warm water. Although the kibble is a good size for the chihuahuas the kibble is too hard, and they wont eat it. Really like this food but wish it was softer.

Great food but too large for small dogs

My large dog is on this food and I recently rescued a 10month small dog and the kibble is just too big. I have to soak and mash up because I want them on the same food. Wish you guys offered a smaller kibble for tony dogs
