Raw Coated Kibble Cage-Free Chicken Recipe

Saw this in an e-mail from Stella & Chewey's and decided to give it a try. Was disappointed that I cannot buy it directly from Stella & Chewey's. I had to order it directly from a local retailer as they do not stock it and of course I had to pay their mark-up price. My cat's seem to enjoy it but I'm not sure as I will buy it again since just the 2.5 pound bag cost over $15.00 Only thing that would make it better is a lower more affortable price and being able to buy direct from Stella & Chewy's.

I have one in particular cat that just loves to be unhealthy and picky. We went through so many healthy options until the trial and error finally stopped at this raw coated chicken kibble. I have two others on full raw diets but my female is extremely picky. We are so grateful to have found this specific food, and rave about it to our customers at the shop. Now Both my fur babies like raw coated kibble. Now l want to try to see if more Stella & Chewy food they may like to try.

I have been trying to find a food that my cats would eat and it's been tough because they are both very picky eaters. I saw this Freeze-Dried Raw Coated Kibble and decided to try it. They both love it and eat it every day. I'm very happy they both like it and I feel like it's very good quality food.

I'm on my second bag and can say it works like a charm he loves it! For a super picky kitten like him I am more then happy to feed him the best and i have to say his fur is so silky and soft its amazing!

We have tried it ALL and this is the winner. My intention was to feed her only raw food but that was very arduous with the defrosting and not being able to keep it out for very long. We do feed her wet food as well, but my cat does not eat a lot at one meal, so we do leave a bowl of kibble out during the day and this is the only one she likes. If her kibble bowl is empty and she has a plate of wet food in front of her, she will go stand by her kibble bowl and meow until I fill it! I like it because it has a high level of protein and not many ingredients. I would like to try some of the other flavors but since she loves chicken I don't want to risk it. Small samplers would be nice!

I switched my cat to this food 2 months ago and have noticed a change in her skin and coat and she isnt always hungry now,her bm have lessened so saving money on littler win,win.highly recommend.

It's not been long, but I've tried everything and every brand. Back at the store the next day to return it! I got a sample of this food from my pet store's anniversary party. Opened it when I got home and gave my senior boy some as a treat. He ate it! He wouldn't eat any dry. Now, I want my animals to have a mainly wet diet, but he needs to gain weight, and I want him munching while I'm at work. He's still eating it today. Great success!

I have 3 cats who can all be finicky about their food. For kibble we switch between the Stella & Chewys Chicken flavor & the Salmon & they all love both! We love this brand because of its quality ingredients & no bad additives. We also buy the packets & cans. There are many flavor varieties to choose from which is a necessity - did I mention my cats are finicky? I would highly recommend Stella & Chewys!

Gizmo has been eating Stella & Chewys since she was a little baby kitty. Now, as a 4 year-old baby kitty, it’s still her favorite. The raw coated chicken flavor kibble is her daily dry, with a few dinner morsels crumbled on top! The small size kibble is perfect for her petite size and she always finishes her bowl. Wet food can be a hit or miss with her depending on her mood, but she ALWAYS eats her dry!

I've been feeding my cats Stella & Chewy dry food for more than a year & the change in their appearance is amazing. Shinier coats, brighter eyes, more energy. There are other brands out there of equal quality but they cost a lot more. Some think S&C is expensive, but it's really economical in the long run for these reasons... The healthier you keep your cat (by not feeding high carbohydrate foods which can lead to diabetes & cardio problems down the road) the fewer vet bills you'll have. S&C is made for CATS (obligate carnivores) & doesn't have a lots of filler, like cellulose (basically saw dust). Your cats will probably eat LESS because they are getting their nutritional needs met (still should give some quality canned whatever dry food you buy - cats weren't meant to live on dry food). It also leads to less stools in their litter box because they're not pooping out undigested ingredients so less litter box changes.

The family did a dry food switch for both our dogs and cats awhile back, and this version for the cats was a big hit. Never seen such a Pavlov type response for a cupboard and bag being opened. He knows where his dish is and he knows what will be found there. I'm tempted to try different base recipes, but he loves this one so much, I'm not going to fix what's not broken. Thank you.

After my cat Toby turned 1, I spent almost 3 months trying to find an adult food that she would love. When I tried their freeze-dried raw coated chicken kibble, the difference in Toby's interest was immediate. After cracking open the bag, she had a lot to say, and followed me the whole way to giving it to her. & the best part? Because the kibble is raw coated, it not only keeps the food extra tasty, but also is great for my little carnivore's general health too! Not to mention, my baby's coat has gotten too soft to ever go back to any other brand, as if Toby would let me anyway ;) <3

Anastasia is a very picky eater. She will only eat kibble and she only eats 2 kinds of kibble. This in one of the ones she will eat. She loves this food. She knows the sound the bag makes when I open it to feed her and she comes running. Thank you Stella & Chewy for this food!

My very, very picky cats go through lots of canned, dry and freeze dried foods, treats and snacks. They eat some for a day then turn their noses up at them, but not this kibble. Stella and Chewys is the ONLY brand they eat consistently on their own.

I have three indoor cats who love this kibble. I also perform rescue services in my area and all cats/kittens are placed on Stella and Chewys. Its easy on the stomach, creates a thick, full coat and keeps my little monsters full and happy.

I bought this several weeks ago for my 2 cats that are finicky eaters and they cleaned their bowls. They are also eating less on this food so it’s good for their weight. I’m impressed and glad I tried this.

I was looking for a healthier alternative of dry kibble for my cat. Really glad this is available, my cat likes it. I want to try the Salmon as well. The only problem is it's hard to find and special order isn't always the correct item. I wish the stores that carry Stella & Chewy's would carry more varieties of the products.

My cat Luna has been on this food for six months and she loves it,her skin cleared up and coat is shiny my and another bonus is she poops less so I save on litter now.

I don’t always like to give my cats dry food I prefer to feed them wet. But these raw coated kibble bits are high quality and great for our cats teeth! They have a wonderful crunch to them and the cats love it. I feed this in the afternoon between wet food meals. I was trying to find a good both my older cat would like and something for my very picky kitten. The problem was, was that my older cat would just about anything but my you get one was so picky I was constantly buying different foods to find the one she liked. I was at my local pet store when I saw Stella and Chewy’s kibble and was shocked because I knew they made freeze dried and frozen diets but not kibble. So I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try and if my kitten didn’t like it, I would just search for another kibble. When I brought it home and had my kitten try it, it was like love at first bite. She loves the food and so does my older cat and now they’re obsessed! I’ve seen improvements in both of their coats and now I won’t ever switch to another diet!

With 5 cats, it is not easy to please everyone, all the time, but this checks all the boxes. they can't even wait to get at it!
