Luna loves these! We live in Alaska and are always out in the wilderness. They are super easy to pack, ultra light and she can eat them as is or we just add a little glacier water.
We also use the freeze dried lamb and chicken hearts. We had her in puppy pre-k and all of the other dogs were begging for her treats.

I can’t tell you how many different types of dog food I’ve tried. Some she just snubbed her nose to it and others she would eat only once. Her stomach was always upset and would go outside to eat grass. My daughter brought me a bag of Stella and Chewy’s dry kibble Essentials which she eats but her favorite is the rabbit dinner patties! She has been eating Stella and Chewy for a year now and her digestive issues are gone. I also purchase Stella and Chewy’s treats and they are also a hit! I couldn’t be happier and she is too!

Rabbit is always a win

These rabbit dinner patties were Sterling’s favorite and Walker rarely got to enjoy them because we needed them to entice Sterling to eat, especially when he got cancer and had almost no appetite. Walker is finally getting to enjoy them and absolutely loves them

Superb food!

I bought this about 6 months ago for my 9+ year old Morkie and I’m so glad I did! Eliot is in love with flavor of Stella & Chewy’s freeze dried raw patties since the first bite he tried! The only cons are the rabbit is hard to find in stores, the rabbit are super hard to break up, the firmest ones of any flavor, and boy do they have a scent to them! Hahaha He loves them so I don’t care! He’ll ONLY eat Stella & Chewy! We change up the flavors every now & then. He KNOWS what’s GOOD for him and he’s been eating it for almost 10 years now with, thank God, no health issues! Thank you Stella & Chewy! You ARE the BEST!

Chewie springs for his Rabbit Dinner Patties

I thought Chewie wasn’t food aggressive as a pup. He would just graze. But worse he had a rash that wouldn’t go away. I was using the same food as the breeder used, but after 2 rounds of antibiotics, I thought it was time to go another route. I contacted a holistic vet that said many dogs have food allergies and recommended either the rabbit or venison and suggested Stella and Chewy’s brand. We tried the frozen rabbit first and his rash cleared up and never returned! We’ve since switched to the freeze dried patties and my husband swears he’ll learn physics for his food. He springs 3 ft in the air multiple times from flat footed all the way from the kitchen to his food mat EVERY time he eats!!! Thanks again!

My pup loves it!

My dog is an extremely picky eater. We went through a tedious phase where I kept buying different products and giving them to her to try, only for her to turn up her nose. Finally we hit on Stella & Chewy's and it's been a game-changer. She likes all of the freeze-dried patties (as well as the raw-coated kibble), but the Absolutely Rabbit is her favorite. The patties are so convenient to crumble into her bowl with the kibble, and of course they keep for a long time, being freeze-dried. We are pleased and grateful to have found something our girl will gobble up without complaint, and which doesn't seem to exacerbate her tummy issues.

The best alternative

In 2017 I rescued a Duke from the Wisconsin Humane Society. Duke was approximately a year and a half old, handsome, and very charming. It was love at first sight.
After getting him home and trying to get him settled in I noticed he had some serious digestive issues with explosive diarrhea.
After multiple vet tests and trying different kibble the vet wanted to put him on a prescription diet. I was not a fan of the thought of that so I decided to try an uncommon protein. I chose rabbit freeze dried as an alternative and it totally helped to firm up his stools and keep him regular.

Poppy has eaten Stella and Chewies ever since I adopted him. I believe it helped him greatly because he was not diagnosed until very late in his age with Cushing syndrome. He thrived tremendously on this diet and this was one of his favorite dinner patties along with lamb and beef. He would grab the Patty and go off on his own with his back turned and Munch away at it! In addition we did use the fantastic wet food which was considered a big yum as well. Anytime he heard the bag crinkling he knew it was Stella and chewy time. This product will definitely help your pet so hop on over to your local store and give it a try there is a complete selection that will let you decide whether you want the patties the essentials frozen food and they even have pour overs which are broths and absolutely delicious stew type human grade to put over the dry Foods. Below are a couple of pictures of him so happy that he got his Stella and chewy supplies.

Great Elimination diet

One of my kids is allergic to a lot of things and was licking incessantly. I switched her to Stella and Chewy’s freeze dried rabbit and her issues went away. That was over a year ago. Lately I have noticed that many bags with different lot numbers and different sizes don’t have the moisture packet in them to absorb any moisture. This causes the patties to get very hard, almost impossible to break and then they don’t absorb water like they should. If this issue was fixed then I would give 5 stars.

My doodle suffered sever gastric problems resulting a couple of hospital stays. We tried everything, home cooked, vet diet to no avail. A friend suggested raw diet. We investigated and decided freeze dried would be best.
We tried one and Jake really wasn't interested.....then Stella & Chewy. Now after almost a year no problems and Jake waits by the cupboard for me to fix his dinner. We soak the patties in a little warm water and put on a timer for 5 mins., Jake sits by waiting for the beep then goes to his food mat waiting for his rabbit. FYI I get barked at if the Rabbit is not available in a nanno second.

My dogs love this product ., they are very picky eaters but when I put some broth on their kibble they eat it all up. I also freeze some in ice cube trays for treats in the summer.

An essential in Remy's diet.

I bought Stella and Chewy's freeze dried rabbit patties years ago for my Blue Healer, American Bulldog mix, Pavlov. He loved them and we used at meals and also as treats at times. When Pavlov was fourteen years young we found a kitten on the road. The kitten, whom we named Remy, adored Pavlov and they were constant companions. Pavlov left us when he was fifteen and Remy continued to eat Stella and Chewy's rabbit patties. We have since added Violet, another cat, to our family and she also eats Stella and Chewy's freeze dried rabbit patties. We also purchase the freeze dried rabbit morsels for cats but Remy insists that we keep the patties on hand also.

I have a Jack Russell Terrier who has a problem with skin allergies. She is almost 8 years old now. I used to be able to feed her high-quality grain-free kibble, but just recently even that seemed to make her very itchy, so I’ve switched her over to only the freeze-dried for her morning offering. I have a holistic dog food cook book, and I prepare her evening meal fresh (ground meat, vegetables, cottage cheese, fish oil and a supplement compounded according to the cook book directions). My dog likes all of the Stella & Chewy’s freeze-dried varieties and I rotate all of them except the Surf and Turf. The Stella & Chewy’s freeze-dried food is expensive, but I think it is very good for my dog and cheaper than having to take her to the vet for skin problems, which would probably be addressed with steroids, which I do not like.

Sherman and I have been on a food allergy odyssey. We ended with the Stella and Chewy’s Rabbit. Because you don’t use fillers like wheat, corn, pea or garbanzos- this is the only food on the market that he can eat. Please don’t change the recipe!!

My Bichipoo has been eating Absolutely Rabbit for a year now and loves it. He had digestive issues which have abated since he has this as his primary food and has a rabbit treat as well. The freeze dried patties used to be easy to crumble and serve, but went through a new process rendering them difficult to break apart. That issue has eased a bit, but compared to other freeze dried nuggets, they lack the consistency for easy serving. Although the packages we started with often broke in the bag, that texture would be ideal to package in a measurable scoop form instead of patties or nuggets and my dog would not have to wait as long with pleading eyes to have his favorite food served!

Great patties

My dog is an extremely picky eater, but she loves the patties. She gets them as a food and when we are training, I break off pieces to give to her as a treat. A double win! I also have to say that the meal mixers have always been a big favorite with both of our dogs. Great for their tummies.

No more rash!

When Chewie came home from the breeder he just grazed and then I noticed a rash. After two rounds of antibiotics and no change, I contacted a holistic vet who said many dogs are allergic to beef and poultry and to try rabbit or venison and recommended Stella and Chewys. We haven’t looked back since. Needless to say he’s not a grazer anymore and the rash was gone right away!

Rabbit Dinner Patties

My Doberman had to have emergency surgery because an ulcer in his stomach (that no one knew he had) burst. After surgery he would not eat. I could get him to drink some bone broth, and cooked for him but the only thing he would even look interested in was the Stella and Chewy's Rabbit Patties. Since I had been a Vet Tech for over 28 years, the Dr. discharged him with his NG tube still in and I would feed him a liquid diet through that. When he did finally start eating the Rabbit Patties are the ONLY thing he would eat for the first few days! I'm so grateful to have found this wonderful feed!

They love this both Maple the dachshund puppy and Winter the older siamese kitty. Maple gobbles and Winter takes his time. Maple has patience now and doesn't take it from Winter. Great training treat lol.

Molly loves all the Stella & Chewy flavors. It's so wholesome, takes minutes to prepare. When my dogs are done eating their meals they go to each other's bowl to see if there's any leftovers. Which there never is....we alive Strlla & Chewy.

Our Allergior Savior!

OK, it was a long haul getting our rescure’s digestive troubles stabilized. It took a great vet, gut biome studies and establishment and an RX chow… first. The vet was quite clear that no young dog should eat the Rx diet for life as it just wasn’t supporting his protein and energy needs well enough. Enter S&C’s raw patties!! Rabbit has sayed our safe home base, but we have slowly discovered Turkey and Purely Pork as alternates. Happy, energized and muscled, and above all, a safe weight with no gut troubles! Will still can’t find a kibble that doesn’t cause chaos, so hopefully one-protein patties will always be part of the S&C line. Wonderdog loves you, we love you and even our vet (who has reservations about raw) is pleased. Thank you! P.S. Kitty Abs. Rabbit little bites make great snacks too.
