I received the Red Meat version of this raw dog food from Stella & Chewy. My dog was all over the box as soon as I brought it inside! He was so excited and would not leave the bag alone, so I opened it right away and gave him a bowl. He scarfed it down and really seemed to enjoy the flavor. I love that these are made with "whole prey", meaning meat, bones, and cartilage. It has different sources of red meat, including venison, bison, goat, and lamb. The pieces are freeze dried, making the raw ingredients palatable. This also does not have any added filler ingredients and is a perfect balanced food for your doggo! So glad we got to try this and I will definitely be purchasing more after he finishes this bag!

We tried several different types of dog food and brands. Our Bear would not eat them no matter what we did to dress it up. Finally, we tried Stella and Chewys Red Meat with healthy grains formula. Bear LOVES it and eats it without dressing it up. In fact, when we bring home a new bag of food, Bear cant wait to dig in. Thank you for making such a great product!

Champion chooses Stella & Chewy’s Food over different brand

Champion loves this food. We just started slowly switching him over and so far no problems with diarrhea or vomiting. Also, no itching noted with this either. He often likes to put his paw on his food when he wants to eat in the morning, and this morning, instead of putting his paw on his Old food, he put his paw instead on the new food repeatedly. Since Champion is sometimes a little too smart, I’m guessing this is his way of saying he wants this food. I was so shocked when he did this, that I pulled out my video camera, and he repeatedly kept going back to this new bag, so it was not a fluke. Unfortunately, the reviews won’t let me upload a video, but I at least took pictures of portions of the video, showing him choosing your food. Thank you so much. It is definitely dog approved.

My dog absolutely loves this product. When he gets this dog food he downs it as soon as it is put in the bowl. I have the prairie blend #complimentary in exchange for my honest opinion and I am glad my dog got a chance to try it because this has now become his favorite dog food. I definitely will be buying more and I also recommend this product to anyone who has a dog. This food is the best.

I received this complimentary of Influenster and Stella & Chewy in exchange for my honest review.
I sampled this dog food by offering some to my senior labradoodle. He immediately began eating some and really seemed to like the taste. After that point, I offered the new food by mixing a small amount in with his normal food. He and our puppy both seem to still enjoy the flavor of this new food.
One note: Over the next couple weeks, I did notice that his stool was a little more firm - maybe too firm. I don’t know if that was related to the food, or perhaps he wasn’t drinking enough water.

I have two Australian Shepherds and they both seem to adore this food. I have only been mixing a small amount in with their regular food, to not mess with their stomachs. They get so excited when they see me reach for the bag, so I know the flavour must be great. Love that it comes in a resealable bag.

I got a 5lb bag of Stella & chewy Wild Red Raw kibble to try. New dog food can be a scary thing bc you never know how doggo will react. My Newfoundland loves the taste this kibble. And he is a kind of a diva and turns his nose up at a lot of standard kibble. I basically always have to use a food topper to get him to eat. The Stella and chewy raw kibble consists of freeze dried raw meat chunks (albeit not very many) and standard small kibble pieces. The only complaint I have is that the kibble pieces are tiny, so if you have a large dog I would be careful.

I was super excited to try this wild grain food for my two picky eaters. My two dogs seem to really enjoy the large puffs that seem to be a bit chewy. My baby pulls those pieces out of his bowl and ears them separately. The other pieces seem easier for them to chewy than the hard kibble they currently have.. I had planned on switching foods for them both anyway, and this came at the right time. I think both are picking this out of the bowl and leaving the other kibble behind.
