Absolutely Rabbit Freeze-Dried Raw Dinner Morsels

My oldest cat is a picky eater. He eats dry food exclusively, and no matter how hard I've tried, he refuses canned food or any type of wet treats. So I have to select something he likes AND contains high level of moisture and protein. We had him on the Only Natural Pet rabbit dinner dry food. For some reason, they stopped that line, and now we think he really likes rabbit meat. This one so far is the only rabbit protein with high quality and from a reputable manufacturer. Highly recommend!

My cats love this food but I have to hydrate it for at least 30 minutes and also chop it up into little pieces or they will not eat it. It is a lot of preparation so prefer to feed actual raw to save time.

I tried giving this to my rehydrated and cut up so it would be like canned food and she refused it. No matter how much I shredded it it had the consistency of wet paper. I’m not sure if it was the consistency she didn’t like. I tried shredding up dry because the pellets are a bit large and then mixing into her kibble and she won’t eat it. She’s quite upset with me and I’m disappointed because I’d really like to stop feeding her grains and vegetables due to her having tummy issues.

My cat takes finicky to the next level, and she also has common protein (beef, poultry) allergies and early stage kidney disease. There are only 3 foods now that she would eat, and Absolutely Rabbit freeze dried dinner morsels is top on that list. I am happy because she is supposed to eat the uncommon proteins like rabbit and this is the only rabbit product she eats and loves. She looks forward to it everyday and I believe it has helped her allergies and also her kidney disease.

This food is one of the only I can give to my 16 yr old cat that she will consistently eat. She loves it! And the nutrition is excellent!

My 7 year old cat has stomach issues and Freeze Dried Rabbit is all he can eat. Very easy for him to digest. Highly recommend

All the cats enjoyed this food. It took a few to soak up the liquid but once it did it was a hit.

I've recently switched to an integrated raw diet after much research. Eating healthy myself is important, but I didn't give much thought to my cats diet. I assumed his expensive quality food was just that. However, after he began developing allergy issues, which caused hair loss, dull coat, constant scratching, chewing and licking, redness, gas, snoring and a whole host of other issues, I actually looked at his food labels. I found all sorts of addatives, chemicals and things I would not want in my food. Making a species specific raw diet myself is expensive. I came across Stella & Chewy's as a suitable recommendation from one of the sites I was researching. My cat has been on the Absolutely Rabbit (frozen morsels) for about 6 months. His coat has improved, his hair is growing back where he licked it bald, his chewing has lessened by 70%, no more gas, snoring, coughing, snorting from inflamed esophagus. He still gets Fusse Cat Market Fresh Quail & Duck meal (replaced Blue Buffalo Wilderness - full of bad things!), which he eats occassionally, and I mix Absolutely Rabbit in with his Ziwi Peak venison canned. Eventually I hope to cut out the dry and canned. I like the fact Absolutely Rabbit frozen is in morsels and not patties.

Hi, I have an IBD cat that has been losing weight for two years. She has had several Vet. visits and bloodwork twice, all normal. I finally got a diagnosis after more extensive bloodwork and a scan. The food the Vet. recommended didn't seem to be working, so I tried Stella & Chewy's freeze dried rabbit. She has eaten the duck, duck, goose in the past and she likes it, but I wanted to try a novel protein to see if there was any improvement, so I switched to the rabbit. My cat loves this food. She has a great appetite because she hasn't been absorbing nutrients and she was basically starving, plus she had been vomiting regularly after eating. I took her completely off the cheap, canned food I was giving her. There has been virtually no vomiting since switching to this food. Between the meds, probiotics, and this food, she has gone from 5 lbs. to 7.3 lbs! The Vet. is very happy. She did an external exam and said that her intestines do not feel bumpy anymore, everything is smooth as it should be. I belong to a site for IBD cats, and I noticed that a lot of the members use Stella & Chewy's. If they didn't have good results with their cats, they would be exploring other food options. The only con is I wish it was cheaper, but quality ingredients cost more money.

My cat is diabetic and I was searching for a healthy snack with pure ingredients. Snacks usually have little nutrition and are full of wheat, corn, soy, etc. Stella & Chewys freeze-dried raw morsels of any type has the best ingredients I could find and a higher fiber content, really good for my cat. I buy all the flavors! You can also leave them out dry and I don't worry about raw food out for too long or wet down for immediate feeding. Nice option!

I recently switched him to raw, but sometimes he needs a little enticer to eat, so I bought these as a topper. I crumble one of the morsel on top, and he eats it all up! Now he waits for me his little rabbit topper. Maybe he's got me trained, haha. Only wish these weren't so expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for! Also, the softness/hardness of the morsel changes from bag to bag, so sometimes they're harder to crumble than others.

Laila can be fast asleep but I shake the bag and it’s game on! These are the best for both Laila and Simba. They don’t need to eat as much wet food because this gives them all the nutrients they need and both love rabbit as their protein source so it’s a staple in their daily diet! It provided everything needed and I can trick Simba into thinking it’s treats by throwing them in the air and she chases after them before devouring them !

Scottie likes all the raw freeze dried morsels he has tried: Duck Duck, Salm Chick, and Rabbit. But, Rabbit is his favorite. Nursed him from diabetic to remission using S&C freeze dried products and a wet food component. Key was high protein and severe reduction in carbs. Then a recovery from a gland abscess and surgery. Found using rice water to hydrate the broken up morsels was a solution to improving water intake.

After many vet visits, not being able to pin down what triggers my cats allergic reactions, I switched him to Absolutely Rabbit Freeze Dried Raw Dinner Morsels, in the hope of isolating the protein he gets. I am very happy so far. His itching has decreased a lot and, oddly enough, his breath no longer smells - at all! I feel like he is doing much better considering he used to scratch so violently that his skin would bleed!

I bought this for my cat who has chicken allergies and fed him a ton of it because he loved it. Then I started breaking open pieces and live worms were crawling around inside. I broke open more and there were worms in those too. Which means my cat ate probably 100 worms before we realized this….! Don’t buy this food. Bad quality. Even worse customer service. I’ve emailed them twice with no response after a week.

I bought the Duck for Chloe to hopefully help fill out muscle again. The other cats love it too. Unfortunately Balu started throwing up the food within minutes of eating it on the second bag so I bought Rabbit for him. No issues. It's so expensive though so I only share a random bit here and there to the other cats. They're 12.5 to 13.75 lol with a baby at 3 years. Hopefully the new blood panel will look good

I fed my cat Stella and Chewy's brand food for a little while, she really enjoyed, unfortunately I had to take her off of it due to medical reasons. Soon she will be able to have a raw diet again and Stella and Chewy's is all I'll buy. The food did not cause her medical issue. She's just getting older. I also got a friend of mine to try it on her cats. They also liked it. She fed it only as a daily snack.

I have a cat that is a little picky when it comes to food. She isn't one to eat her feelings and will leave food behind when she's full. This is not the case for the Stella & Chewy Rabbit, as she makes figure 8's around and between my legs, howling for me to hurry up, guiding me to her food mat where she's fed. She then descends upon the rabbit scarfing it down. She's not like this for any other cat food.

Finally a dry cat food that is grain free, peas and legume free and potato free. Basically just meat and vitamins. Cats are obligate carnivores. THEY DON'T NEED GRAINS OR PEAS OR LEGUMES OR POTATOES OR ANY OF THAT CRAP IN THEIR DIETS! Thank you so much for finally providing foods closer to what a cat might actually eat in the wild. How about also making this with rats, mice, sparrows, crickets, etc.

My cats absolutely love the freeze dried rabbit when we leave for the afternoon or as a treat at night. They are fed the frozen raw chicken by Stella and Chewy at every meal so this is a special treat for them when we can't leave them the frozen chicken. This is by far the healthiest and best tasting cat food available. My vet highly approves of a species appropriate diet and this is definitely it.

I have bought about 5 different products from Stella and chewy... All different varieties of the freeze dried morsels. My cat absolutely loves every single one I've bought him. I love the convenience of the freeze dried food as well. I'm excited to try even more options in the future and I know my cat, Stanley, will too. I also have peace of mind that I'm feeding my cat a quality product.

My cats go berserk when I get the bag out! They love all the flavors, but the rabbit is their favorite. It gives them the benefit of raw without having to thaw it. I would highly recommend any of the flavors.

I have tried the chicken, turkey, duck, and seafood varieties and my cats love them all. It's raw, which is excellent, and freeze dried, which makes storing it a breeze. I crumble the pellets and reconstitute with a little water and often do add some kibble, just because this is rich and pricey as a primary food. I sometimes crumble a couple pellets over my dog's kibble as a treat too.

Our cat has severe food allergies therefore his diet is limited. My kitties love love love the freeze dried raw rabbit morsels! I give it as a topper on their dry food and they try to push each other out of the way to get to the Stella & Chewys! I also give a couple pieces as treats to who ever is losing the battle at the bowl! Have tried the other flavors and the rabbit it my cats favorites. Highly recommend this product!
