Picky Dog Loves This Food

My one little dog daisy is very picky when it comes to her food. She didn’t like regular kibble at all, and I always had to put wet food on top for her to even look at it. I bought this food about a month ago and she loves it. I don’t even have to put wet food on it anymore. I really like this kibble because it has really high quality ingredients as well. Sometime I do treat her with some beef meal mixers. Overall fantastic product.

Recipe seems to have changed

My 3 dogs used to love this kibble, but about 3 months ago, something changed. I have found that the kibble does not seem to have the coating that is used to- I do believe that the recipe has changed. Because of this change, I've had to go looking for new food as they don't want to eat it any more. I feel very disappointed as I felt like we had found something great for our fur babies.

Our 4 mth old American Bulldog is picky and we have tried several top shelf kibble products settling on this. She loves it. Our vet recommended grain inclusive notwithstanding all the hype of grain free as most allergy related issues relate to the meat protein, ie chicken. She loves this so much we seldom use toppers and use the kibbles as treats in her training exercises.

After our usual brand of food changed their recipe after 10yrs our Yorkie Poo/Brussels Griffon got very sick. We really didn't know what we were going to do as I couldn't find anything that was even comparable. Then a friend recommended S&C's. He loved it right away and has been thriving since. Thank you!

Stale-Beef raw coated wholesome grains

The last several bags of beef smell stale from the moment the bag is opened. The fat may be starting to go bad. 2 of my dogs are refusing to eat it. I am considering switching to a different brand. Its a shame as my dogs have done well on this kibble. I would only recommend the other flavors.

I researched dog food thoroughly when switching brands. Stella and Chewy was the number 1 choice for high quality nutrition, US sourced ingredients and food safety processing. This food is impressive - my pup loves it. It contains quality grains which is important to me. The protein, fat and fiber ratio exceeds other brands. Their protein doesn't contain hormones or antibiotics, and no artificial flavors or colorings. Healthy, nutritious and great food. Highly recommend the food and treats.

A win for my picky senior dog

As my 14yr old has gotten older, she has gotten much more picky about food. She actually eats this right away and seems happier at meal time! It is nice to see her thriving and getting good food

Worth the Price

It took me a long time to find the right food for my golden retriever. He is definitely not a picky eater when it comes to scraps and treats, but when it came to his kibbles he left most everything untouched. When I found S&C's Raw Coated Beef Recipe I figured it was worth a try, and I'm so glad I did. My dog goes crazy for it and even licks the bowl when he's done. Can't say enough good things about this product. My mom feeds it to her golden doodle as well!

Dog's Favorite Kibble

This is one of our dog's favorite kibble. Our vets want the dogs off a grain-free diet. They recommended Quinoa as the best grain to feed, and pumpkin is amazing for their digestion.
The only issues we've had with this is that it can be hard to get this ordered - local shops often have problems getting it from distributors. We once ordered it from a shop in another state with an online store, and 2 bags had a rancid oily smell.

I have been trusting Estella & Chewy for over 8 years for my dogs. buy this one and the freeze-dry meat one. I love that there is actual meat and pumpkin in the kibble.
I make all my dog's wet food and treats. but knowing that this kibble lays the foundation for their daily food. It carries the victims and minerals needed in their daily diet. I would recommend this brand for you fur babies!

My dogs love this food!

We have been feeding our oldest dog this kibble for about 4 years now. He has loved it since day one and never gets bored of it. We add the meal toppers or broth on a rotation to keep it interesting for him. 2 years ago we adopted a second dog and she took to the food just the same. Very happy with the product, just wish it was easier to get in Canada.

My vet recommended I improve the ingredients in my doggie's kibble, so I did a little research and this seems to be the best option out there.... (there had been a ton of recalls and stories about other brands right around that time, so it was pretty important to me).... so my dog will be healthier and live longer, and she loves the taste for sure!

My 85-lb boxer pitbull mix loves just about everything from Stella & Chewys. But there's something magical about this blend. He literally drools when I open this bag and he enjoys every last kibble. The pumpkin helps as a binding agent so his bowel movement is on track and without issues. This blend is a definite hit with large breeds.

Perfect for allergies

I got this brand because 2 of my dogs are allergic to many items. Anything with feathers, lamb and fish. Beef seems to be the only thing they can have. They have stopped scratching themselves and getting sores. They have been doing very well since they started eating it. So happy I made the decision.

It’s the best

This is my dog’s favorite kibble . We like that is baked , great ingredients. It doesn’t have almost black overcooked color like other kibbles and smells good. We add some tasty topper because my dog is picky eater , but we glad we can buy such a great product at our local Pet food express.

Didn’t work for my dog

After switching to this from the Stella and Chewy’s wholesome grains, my dog began throwing up several times throughout the day. I didn’t think it was the good until I switched back on vacation and realized he stopped throwing up completely but restarted when we got home.

My picky and sensitive pup loves this food. Beef only for protein, which is hard to find. It was a long and expensive road to find this, including prescription diet food. We mix with an equal part of canned food to make it exciting.

Raw coated kibble

I like the Stella and Chewy raw coated kibble, but my dog is a fast eater and has almost choked on the freeze dried bits. I like the food enough though so I smash the bits it my fingers and that seems to have elevated the problem.
