I have a senior chi with few teeth, but she has no trouble eating this. She has gained some weight and seems to be more alert and active.I tried putting another food out but the Stella and Chewy's is always the first bowl empty

Our girls (5 lb and 15 lb) absolutely love the raw coated kibble for small breeds. They get so excited when I pour it in their bowl. I actually saw one of them rubbing her head lovingly on the food before she ate it. Because they are small and their tummies fill quickly I know each bite counts and that with Stella & Chewy they get the good stuff and none of the fillers. They love the freeze dried treats and frozen patties too!

Raw Coated Kibble

Our dog loves this so much. We originally bought the chicken flavored raw coated kibble but he was eating it so fast that he wasn't chewing so we switched to the small breed. The kibble pieces are smaller. When we adopted him he had been malnourished and the animal shelter feeds the dogs cheap brand. We continued to use cheap brand for a little while but decided to try something healthier. Within weeks his coat became soft and shiny, his body filled in where we could previously see his rib cage and he acts so much happier. We love their treats too!

Size of kibble changed

I have been buying this small breed chicken raw coated kibble for awhile. I bought a new 10 pound bag and opened it last night only to find the kibble is now teeny tiny. How about a heads up next time you are changing the product. My dog is small but not tiny this kibble looks like puppy or cat food size. Not happy.don't even think the dog is chewing this food it's so small.

I have a 10 year old Doxy who is the worlds pickiest eater and has sensitive stomach and constant tummy issues. During the pandemic we ran into serious supply chain issues and it was always a hidden mess to get his favourite canned food which was from our vet by the way. So one day I decided to buy him a small bag of Stella and chewys and it has been a success. He has since refused to go back to canned food and even turn down the treats of human food. I have now branched out and bought him other flavours as well and he loves them.

Most small breed kibble is either very hard or too big for my little ones. I have tried several top brands and so far my babies love the Stella & Chewy Kibble the best.
I only gave 4 Stars due to the price, wish it was a little more affordable.

I have 2 shih-tzu maltese mixes and a bichon. All three are fussy eaters and it took me forever to find them a food they would actually enjoy. Tried this and they love it! It also helped with their coat and dry skin, so no scratching!

Greatest food for small breeds!

I have been feeding this to my 5 pound Chihuahua for six months and I absolutely love it! I compared all the big brands like hills science, Royal Canin, blue buffalo and quickly realized that this was by far the best thing from my precious angel! Every dog food advisory board I researched put it at the top while the brands I previously thought were good fell near the bottom! I love how tiny these kibbles are because choking has always been a big fear with small breeds.

This is my pups favorite kibble - we started him out on the puppy version and then when he got older I switched to the adult formula. The adult formula kibble was a little too big for my pups mouth and I was so happy to find that there was a small breed option! My Havanese/Bichon mix goes nuts over this food and it is so easy. A nice combination of Stella & Chewy freeze-dried and a high quality kibble. Easy to store, easy to transport, easy to feed. Highly recommended. Stella & Chewy products are higher quality than what a lot of people eat. Our other dog eats Stella & Chewy raw frozen and I have't tried very hard to transition him to this, yet, but I plan to.

I was feeding raw to both my dogs but my older sheltie just didn't take to it. I tried Stella and Chewy's small breed chicken kibble and she loved it! Coat was shiney and soft, weight was easily controlled. I added in some fresh salmon raw and it was a very good combo. Also use the chicken toppers which are a big hit too. We have a whippet too and we add the kibble and toppers to his raw diet.

Have now purchased 2 bags of the Raw Coated Kibble Small Breed for my cockapoos who weigh under 20 lbs and one has problems eating. This is a great size and easy for them to chew. I sometimes add wet food or freeze dried food for a different taste. They also love the raw dinner patties which I use as a treat. They beg me for it as soon as they see me open the pantry door! Great products.

First my dog loves the size of this kibble which is what initially prompted me to buy it. I have an Italian Greyhound missing some of his teeth but he is still able to eat this food without issue. Second the ingredients of this dog food are what we needed. Love the ingredients. Third my dog loves the taste and eats well at each meal. Overall a great food.

Finally a dry food my picky eater LOVES!

Our oldest mini-schnauzer (now 12) has been a picky eater from day one, always favouring people food over dog food. We tried every premium brand and it wasn't until a friend recommended Stella & Chewy's that we new we had a hit. Now she can't wait until it's feeding time and she licks the bowl clean!
