Chick, Chick Chicken Freeze-Dried Raw Dinner Morsels

I use this product, dry to wean my kittens. They love it and they thrive on it.

My Jeter loves this food. His coat is beautiful and he is full of energy.

If I’m out of town overnight, I can use this without water in my auto cat feeder that works by my iPhone app. I know she’s still getting her healthy cat food with this and it has really come in handy. It’s a bit on the pricey side so I don’t feed her this regularly and feed other quality wet food. I would like to be able to feed their entire cat food line to my cat! Hopefully soon. I know the health of my cat GREATLY improved when I took her off the other dry cat kibble food. It was what I thought was quality but NOPE! I switched her to this after she was diagnosed with diabetes. She lost all her extra body weight and went into remission when I switched her to this for TWO WEEKS. I will never feed another cat cheap food again!!

I started buying the freeze-dried Chick-Chick-Chicken dinner morsels a few months ago after I decided to move my cats to a raw diet, and they absolutely LOVE it! Being freeze-dried, the texture isn't as far off from their previous kibble as a frozen product, and surprisingly they took to it right away (which was a huge relief for me). I've tried them on the Turkey and the Salmon freeze-dired dinner morsels, but their favorite by far is the chicken! Thanks for making a healthy, raw option that helped me transition my cats to raw feeding so easily!

I was fortunately introduced to Stella & Chewy’s through my local town pet shop which carries premium brands of pet food. Both of my cats absolutely love freeze-dried raw morsels either as a moistened meal on their own or as an adjunct to Stella & Chewy’s canned shreds. It is great to see them absolutely love something that is also wonderfully nutritious for them. I highly recommend any of the freeze dried raw flavors as a meal or as an addition to wet food. My cats have enjoyed chicken, fish and rabbit flavors. Thank you Stella & Chewy’s!

This is my cat's favorite flavor, every cat I have LOVES the freeze dried formulas, especially the Chicken and Duck/Chicken. It's so easy, I break up the nuggets and add water and in 5 seconds they have a healthy raw complete diet. Sometimes I add a raw egg yolk to spice things up and they go nuts. I have 2 cats with terrible allergies to commercial canned foods and a Stella's diet cleared it up.

I've been buying this for a while and noticed that in a store I go to, the natural dog, the still had 9oz for $17.99, but what I keep gettin elsewhere, is 8oz and 18.99-19.99. Lol. The size went down, the price went up and the pieces are no longer easy to crumble and hurt my fingers. They must have changed the e truder, just like instinct did for their freeze dried raw mixers. Not happy.

My cats Molly and Maple have been enjoying the freeze dried chicken for the last 3 months. I do also give them another brand of frozen, and a canned food, so I mix up their diets. Stella and Chewy’s is by far their favorite. They eat every morsel in their dishes. So, this is what they are most frequently fed. I’m also happy because I know the ingredients are good. I also feed mixed with water, which after sitting a couple of minutes I mix up and they enjoy the “gravy” in their dishes, and I’m sure they are getting enough hydration.

About a year ago I decided to switch my bengal cats to a raw diet, but being a full-time employee, I didn't want to get into preparing raw meat myself. That's when I started searching on the internet for a premade raw diet. I chose Stella & Chewy's over other brands because they have a higher percentage of meat ingredients than their competitors. I started my bengals on the frozen raw diet, but my male didn't like it being cold. So I decided to try the freeze-dried dinner chicken morsels rehydrated with warm water, and both my cats love it! They are picky and will only eat the chicken flavor. Since I have been feeding them this raw diet they are more active, their coats are shinier, and thier poo no longer stinks! The only negative thing I can say ( and the reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5) is that I wish the food was more consistent from batch to batch. When I get an order of chicken in that is from a different batch from the last, my female is super finicky and refuses to eat for a day or 2. Sometimes the food smells different, or is a slightly different texture from the last batch. My male has no problem accepting the food from batch to batch but my female can always tell. So I wish the food was more consistent from batch to batch. Overall I am very happy with the product and will continue to buy!

My cats love this food. They especially enjoy it dry.....I refill their bowl everyday and feed it to them not as just as treat but a meal. I like to feed my cats this food because it is a very healthy choice. Just one thing, it would be nice if the bag had a better way of closing it without popping open occasionally. I highly recommend this product!

I was so tired of feeding bad food to my cats. I'd read that freeze-dried was the way to go. I'd bought a freeze-dried product before, only to meet mixed reviews from my fur-kids. My local pet store carries Stella and Chewy so I decided to try again. It worked. Everyone eats it, and I can feel better knowing this is the best I can do for them!

I really like the quality of Stella and Chewy's products and both my dogs and cats love the freeze dried food. I wish I could feed it on a regular basis but I can't due to cost. It's extremely expensive food. If price isn't an issue for you then I would highly recommend Stella and Chewy's products.

I bought this for one of my cats with IBS and it fixed her problem within a month. Tried many other "healthy" brands and this was the only product that cured her symptoms. It also resolved her dander problem and low-luster coast. Her fur is now luxurious and she gets so many compliments!

We've been fans of Stella's for many years for our cat and dogs. Very early on, it was clear that kibble was causing our kitty urinary and dental issues. For the last 8 years, he has been loving his freeze-dried Stella's mixed in with cans and/or broth. When he goes in for his annual teeth cleaning, the vets comment on how healthy he is for his senior age. We have yet to experience periodontal disease, and I attribute that 100% to moving off of kibble and onto raw so early in his life. Thank you, Stella's!

I am going on two years of using Stella and Chewy's. My cat's get a mixture of freeze-dried morsels and Raw Coated kibble. My cats have also lost weight, which I have read that it is normal when feeding raw food. My dogs also love Stella and Chewy.

I purchased this for one of my older, very picky (!) cats-- she loves it! I'm happy that I've found something healthy for her, that she loves and this has helped her gained some much need weight. Great product.

My cats love this food!! I feed it dry. My cats don’t eat dry kibble so they get this to chew on/play with. One of them takes it out of the bowl and kicks it around before eating. It is also very healthy!!

After going through several brands of dry kibble for my new kitten my Vet recommended a raw diet. I tried another brand with no luck and this is the only food my Oriental Shorthair does well on.

I have a female cat that is a very picky eater and a male cat that is all about food. Both cats love the chicken flavor! I hydrate the nuggets for my male, but my female prefers the nuggets crumbled and dry. I occasionally feed different Stella & Chewy freeze-dried raw proteins for variety but the chicken is my go-to as it always seems to be in stock wherever I shop for it, both online and in-store.This is a great product and has helped me keep both my cats happy and healthy.

I am so pleased that I switched to this raw food several years ago. It is stress-free for me and simply scrumptious for them!!

I have a 17 year old very finicky female cat who has hyperthyroidism and in an effort to help her symptoms and diet just recently began feeding her the Chicken dinner. It's only been a few days, but she absolutely loves the chicken. It does seem to require more water to hydrate and takes a little longer, but I just love this product! The quality is obvious and it's easy for her to consume. So happy to be able to provide something that is good for her and that she enjoys!

Only complaint is that it is more expensive than my raw free range, human quality, chicken and turkey.

I was looking for a food with whole food ingredients. All of Stella and Chewy products have whole food ingredients with the premium quality. I have read about so many pet food companies that try to convince people that the ingredients in their brand is of the highest quality, when in fact , it is not true. I have a strong trust in Stella and Chewy pet foods and I know their mission and products are exactly what is advertised. I don’t feed my dogs anything else.

My cat Teddy has been eating these for quite awhile now and loves them.

Our rescue group has a young cat that was having persistent diarrhea, even after multiple medications, clear fecal results, and absolutely no other symptoms. The vets never suggested a dietary issue, so I bought a bag of this Freeze-Dried Raw and in less than a week the young cat had normal poops and has been improving since. She's not ravenous like she was before and her fur and skin are much improved. Raw is the way to go when gut imbalances are a problem.

I've been feeding my cat this for the past couple years. He was diagnosed with megacolon, and hydration is so important for him to stay balanced. Adding water to this food ensures he is getting plenty of fluids. This is the only food we've been able to feed him to keep him regular. We haven't had to go to the vet in over a year so this diet seems to really help him. He also loves the flavor of this food. We break it up into smaller pieces and add warm water.

I adopted my 1 year old cat Odin from the Humane Society and he was used to dry food only. It took awhile to transition him to Stella and Chewy morsels but now he devours it! I mix 3 crumbled nuggets each of 2 flavors (chicken and duck or turkey) with a few tablespoons of warm water, plus a heaping teaspoon of canned food and mix a few seconds till smooth. I feed him this mixture twice a day with quality free-feed dry food. He gobbles up every molecule of this mixture and is glowing with health and vitality! I see a big difference in his soft, shiny coat, his now rippling muscles, his playfulness and happiness since I brought him home. It’s so gratifying to know I’m feeding him the way nature intended, yet in a way that’s super easy for me as well. A win-win! And seeing his vibrant heath and happiness makes me very happy, too. ❤️

My 13-year-old rescued girl loves all the freeze-dried foods (except rabbit, which I can't find locally and wish I could) but this one is the basis of her daily diet and she loves it. Sometimes she likes it when it's crushed up and mixed properly with water. Some days she just likes having the nuggets intact so she can fish them out of the water and shake them and devour them, and you can practically see her visualizing prey she just hunted! Some days I just toss an extra nugget in on top of the properly crushed part, for fun. It took a little time to convince her to see it as more than an occasional treat, but it was worth it. It's great for being able to manage exactly what she's eating and how much, while we're trying to gently ease her weight downwards without triggering other health issues, and she loves it. How does it get better than that?

I buy this regularly as it is the only thing all 3 of my Bengals will eat. Chicken is the favourite for them all and I know they’re getting a high quality meal that keeps them healthy all around. We’ve tried other brands of freeze dried chicken along with different flavours but this is the only one that our crew will come running for. The freeze dried pellets are handy for them to eat dry but also hydrated. We love our Stella & Chewys!
